My card does not open the door. What should I do?

First, check the light indication on the lock. If it blinks red, it may mean the card has expired, is not authorized for that room, or the lock's batteries need replacing. Reprogram the card at the reception and try again.

How often should the lock batteries be replaced?

Under normal use, the alkaline batteries (usually 4x AA) last about 12 to 18 months. The lock will give you a low battery warning (visual and audible) well before they are completely depleted.

Is an internet connection required to use the Bluetooth app?

An internet connection is required only once, to download the mobile application and receive the electronic "key". Opening the door via Bluetooth does NOT require an active internet connection on the mobile device at that moment.
